We all need lots of good energy to keep active. Think of your body like a bus taking you somewhere fun and exciting. It needs the right fuel to get you there. You need a healthy balance of different food and drink, that all do different jobs for your body.

Fuel for Fun
Brown bread, pasta and oats are great fuel for fun, giving you the energy to do more of what you love doing, for longer.

Brainboosters
Fish contains good fats that help our learning and concentration.

Keep hydrated
You need lots of water to keep your body going strong. Aim for 8 glasses a day.

Vitamins to keep the doctor away
Make sure you eat 5 portions of fruit and veg every day to keep you in tip top condition so that you don’t miss out on any fun.

Bone building Calcium
Milk, cheese and yoghurt are great sources of calcium to give you strong teeth and bones.
